Lessons Resume Monday

Saturday, October 1, 2022 by Karen Lecky-Springer | Uncategorized

The past few days have brought widespread devastation to our community. With so many people displaced from floods and continued power outages across the area, I hope this message finds your family safe.  We were fortunate at the home studio to be on higher ground, thus having minimal issues from the rising waters and also only had minor debris after Ian.

We have power here at the studio, and although we are under a city-wide boil water alert, I feel that it is safe to bring students in for lessons beginning Monday, October 3rd. Hand sanitizer will be provided for those needing to wash hands and bottled water can be provided, if needed.

Virtual lessons are also available for those who have power/internet, but for another reason may be unable to make it to your lessons. Please reach out to me if you have any concerns.

***IMPORTANT NOTE***

Road closures will be an inconvenience that we will have to manage in the coming weeks and months ahead. Tuscawilla alone has several closures at this time and for an extended period of time, will have ALL BRIDGES (except Dyson Rd.) closed while they are replaced. For now, I suggest coming into the community from Trotwood Rd & Tuscawilla Rd OR Tuscora Rd & SR 434.
